It all started during the 2004/2005 Winter, based on Sergio's idea to record some songs with the help of Marco (Töc).
Shortly later they were joined by Stephan on keyboards.
In 2005 the project LOST EMPIRE began.
In 2007 Nadine joins the band on vocals but will leave in 2010 to pursuit her studies in Liverpool. She will be replaced by Serena in Spring 2011.
Later that year (2007) Paul starts out as a bass player and then goes on to play guitar.
The drummer seat will be held by Jacopo for two years...

The drummer seat will be held by Jacopo for two years (2008-2009) and then replaced by Dario in 2011.
As from Autumn 2010 Sergio and Töc pursuit the project without Stephan and Paul.
During the 2011/12 Winter Sergio pursuit the project alone.
The songs present influences of Melodic, Gothic, Progressive and Heavy Metal. All lyrics are exclusively in English.
The music by LOST EMPIRE has its roots in Sergio’s life experience and contains various themes and stories, though all linked by the same enthusiasm and passion. During the Live shows the originality of both music and performers offer a unique experience, leaving the spectator with unforgettable emotions.

Tutto ha inizio nell’inverno 2004/5 da un’idea di Sergio che avendo nel cassetto alcune vecchie canzoni mai utilizzate prima, con l’aiuto di Marco (Töc), decide di registrarle per tenerle come ricordo.
Poco dopo al duo si aggiunge Stephan alle tastiere.
Nell’estate 2005 ha così inizio l’avventura dei LOST EMPIRE.
Nell’estate 2007 Nadine decide di unirsi al gruppo come voce solista, ma nel 2010 lascia la band per continuare gli studi a Liverpool e nella primavera 2011 viene sostituita da Serena.
Nell’inverno 2007 Paul si mette a disposizione provvisoriamente come bassista e poi decide di rimanere come chitarrista.
Nell’estate 2008 Jacopo decide di far parte della band come batterista, ma nel 2009 lascia per motivi extra musicali e nel 2011 viene sostituito da Dario.
Nell’autunno 2010 Sergio e Töc decidono di continuare il progetto senza Stephan e Paul.
Nell’inverno 2011/12 Sergio decide di continuare da solo il progetto.
Nei brani proposti si possono scoprire influenze che hanno radici nel Melodic, Gothic, Progressive e Heavy Metal, mentre i testi sono esclusivamente in inglese.
La musica dei LOST EMPIRE nasce dalle esperienze di vita di Sergio e racconta storie differenti tra loro, ma unite da uno stesso spirito e passione. Nelle esibizioni live l’originalità della musica e della presenza scenica creano un’esperienza unica, lasciando allo spettatore emozioni indimenticabili.
